My 1st lesson...really ve'ing lots of fun at my 1st lesson of Taekwondo lor!
We onli do some warm-up n e instructor told us more bout
wat's Taekwondo means, where it come from ,e colour of e belts, wat so gd bout it n some basic techniques....
its"the way of foot and fist".It emphasizes flexibility n kicking techniques, but hand techniques re also widely employed. A means of self-defense, physical conditioning, recreation, n mental discipline, Taekwondo is recognized not onli as a martial art, but also as an exciting sport with powerful kicks n punches tat emphasizes continuous action, endurance, skill, n sportsmanship.then e instructor taught us e basic movement n
e greeting manner.. No footwear is allow also n students begin as white belt n wk their way through e colored belts 2ward black. So we start off with some basic movement..like basic ready stance then e hands on e side n blah blah blah...v fun lor! I can't help laughing cos e movement is quite slow then retarted me n my friend look like "da xin xin"..lolx!! there're
manys others but was taught by diff instructors lor..according e belts' colour lor,so luan cos so many colour then I find out yuan lai is from white,advanced white,junior yellow,advanced yellow ,yellow,junior green,green ,advanced junior green
junior blue,blue ,advanced junior blue,junior red,red ,
advanced Junior red then last is black!omg! so many lor!!!!

After Taekwondo lesson,my friend n me went down 2 Tiong Bahru Pz! I'm so surprise got pp dunno where is TB PZ de...haha..kuku head la u :p
then we took lunch in e foodcourt..jiu start our shopping liao!
I ven't buy any cloth yet..so happy tat I finally bought a shirt,3/4 pants n long pants..yay!cost me $ 153 lor!!!
so" heartpain" lor! actually I dun find TB PZ is a gd place 4 buying clothes lor...but my friend luv gtg there...
I LOVE Tiong Bahru too! cos I was born there(not in e shopping centre la,kuku u..) I always ve a special feeling when I go there de...all my childhood's memories floated again..lol!

When I reached home,my mom told me a gal by e name "SL"
