noe wat when i was on my way 2 the hosp..i saw a man ..think in
his late 50s lar..saw him sitting on the chair using his car key ...
2 scratch his foot..omg n i saw all those dried skin dropping off fr
his foot ler...wowpiang so unhygienic..c liao 1 2 vomit!
i was like looking at his foot with my 'eeeeeee..'expression
n i c until gong gong don't even realised that he was looking at me
..looking at me in his damn bo song look lor..hahaha...
i was so paiseh n smile back n chao as fast as i could...
i don't think 我 没 礼 貌 吗 !cos u dared 2 do such
thing in public then 我 看 也 没 有 错 吗 !

ok another thing is tat i listen 2 the radio n its mention bout 'stress' ler!
they'll teaching pp how 2减 压 so i listen vv carefully cos i noe all my
fr down here under alots of stress ma...
ok here's a few ways 4 u all 2 try..though may only help some but not all
of u but no harm trying ma!
1) 4get bout ur stress eat smt tat's ur fav
2) listen 2 ur fav music or song
3) take a deep breath n let go all ur wk in hand 4 a while
4) go take a shower
5) tok 2 some1(i find tis wk the most)
6) watch tv
7) do some sport or exercise
8) read ur fav story bk
9) go shopping n buy smt 4 urself
10) think of some beautiful memories
11) think tat there're others even worst than u
12) take a pillow ..cover over ur mouth n shout out loud..3X
litat.."AR..AH..AR...!"...lol..
13) last but not least..think of me...lol..hahahahahhaha
actually the dj fr the radio station mentioned 4 only lar....
haha.. i added to 13 lor ...don't say i bo liao hor...believe me..
